Itis used as esterification agent for organic synthesis, photography medicine, medicine, printing and dyeing mordant, buffer, chemical reagent, meat anti-corrosion, pigment, tanning and many other aspects.
3.Used as buffer, flavoring agent, flavoring agent and pH regulator. As a buffer of flavoring agent,it can alleviate bad smell, prevent discoloration and improve flavor by 0.1% - 0.3%. It has certain anti mildew effect, such as using 0.1% - 0.3% in minced fish products and bread.
